A Catalog of Difference explores light as a generator of formal and aesthetic potentials for the material world, calling attention to those differences which make a difference. The exhibition reflects an analysis of change across perceptual and physical environments through visualizations of ambient light and surface curvature gradients derived from imagery and digital models.

There will also be a public lecture on March 27, 2017 at 5pm in Rapson 100.

Guest Curator: Andrew Lucia, Cass Gilbert Visiting Assistant Professor, School of Architecture, University of Minnesota

Research Assistants: Zhetao Dong + Samantha Kowalke

The research conducted for this exhibition was undertaken and supported through the Cass Gilbert Visiting Fellowship in the School of Architecture, University of Minnesota
