Basement Vinyls 8/28/14- Special Labor Day Show!

Aug 29, 2014

It's not often that I do a themed Basement Vinyls show, but the "Labor Day" show is one of my favorites to do!  I first did this show two years ago, and have added more "work-related" tracks since then--in fact, the show could have easily lasted another hour, and it was great to hear and see the requests come in for tracks I didn't even think of!  It was also a pleasant surprise to see a request come in from Toronto, Canada!  Look for the next themed BV show on October 30 (Halloween Eve). It will be a frightfully fun show!

And now, a Basement Vinyls first--someone other than me will be hosting the show next week!  I must be away next Thursday (September 4), so Zoë from K.U.K. will be spinning the platters instead.  Be sure to give her some radio love and tune in at 8 CT. I'll be back on the 11th for more "box of chocolates" vinyl madness!

As always, thanks for listening to Basement Vinyls on Radio K...Real Vinyl Radio!
