Welcome to another summary of the joy that is K.U.K. Radio K's only British specialty show bringing the finest to the table once again.

In this installment Matt and Madeline brought plenty of fresh jams including a little bit of rap, dream-pop, some classic rock and even The Beatles! whoa. We reminisced on interviewing the Maccabees over the phone (real nice chaps) and Matt confessed his new-found love and appreciation for "Eleanor Rigby".

For the first hour Matt took the rains and talked about the insane popularity of London's Bastille playing a little taste of their debut studio album "Bad Blood" and regrettably informing our listeners that their upcoming show in April in Minneapolis is already sold out. merp. But CHEERS to any lucky buggers who are going!

A little later into the night Matt brought in, of course, the latest single from Bombay Bicycle Club, "Carry Me". Both of us are clenching onto our teacups in anticipation of the groups fourth album release which will be on February 3rd and is going by the name "So Long, See You Tomorrow". LET THE COUNTDOWN COMMENCE!

Around 9 Madeline scooted over to the board and shared a track from North London's quartet Shy Nature, "Deadly Sin". Featuring a mixture of surf and garage rock, the group formed in late 2012 and have been featured multiple times on BBC 1 Radio. FREE DOWNLOAD FOR THE TRACK IS HERE:

Another little diddy appearing last night was "I Hold (feat. Marika Hackman)" by Sivu. The two are co-headlining a tour around the UK currently and the sound they are creating together is absolutely gorgeous. Check it out and download here:

Thanks all for tuning in and looking forward to next week as we take a look at our favorite picks from 2013.

Have a beautiful day and here is the full playlist from last night.
