Pillar Point's goal, it seems, is to layer a poppy dance electronica cake with moody sadness frosting. These themes are the specialty of Scott Reitherman, and should be extremely recognizable for those who are familiar with his work in Throw Me the Statue. “Eyeballs” focuses on the release one can find from these emotions through some wild and crazy dancing, music provided by a pop anthem enticing its listeners to leave negativity behind, go to a party, and dance thmselves clean.
