Jeffertitti's Nile is the project of Jeffertitti Moon, bassist for Father John Misty and self-proclaimed extraterrestrial. The Electric Hour, the group's second record, is a diverse, transcendental slice of psych, blues, and folk, described by the band as "space-punk doo wop." The album opens strong with standout track "Midnight Siren" that steals the show with its fuzzed-out spacey melodies. Entirely engrossing, Jeffertitti's Nile knows exactly how to take the familiar and make it sound otherworldly. Check it out below!
